Fan Driven by Heat

I bought one of these years ago for my wood stove. I don't understand how heat makes it spin. The hotter the stove gets, the faster it spins. How does it work?

Amazon doesn't offer an explanation.

It has a thermal electric generator. It generates electricity by heat.

It is driven by the pressure differential created by the difference in density between the air warmed by the radiating flue vs the cooler air of the room. Nature abhors a vacuum so pressure moves from the greater to the lesser passing through the fan causing it to turn...and turn...and turn.

And the more heat the faster it turns

Look up Sterling engines, Quite interesting.
My grandmother had a fan that worked off a candle.

It's not a "hot air rises" thing nor a stirling cycle. They use a thermo power cell which generates electricity from two sides of the cell having different temperature. so the fan unit has a base to contact the stove top, and a finned component to disperse the heat from it's top. It's still very hot but cooler than the base. this generates electricity which drives the fan.

Like different air & water temps creates wind. They have roof fans (here in the US too) that are shaped like the cones (think ice cream cone shaped above the waffle shape) like many of the pointy type (?spires) in the middle east that spin from temp differences that pull the hot air out of buildings without electric.
