A politician makes a campaign stop at a rural village.
“What can I do to make your lives better?” he asks the crowd.
The mayor says: “We have a hospital, but no doctor.”
The politician whips out his cell phone, speaks animatedly for a few minutes, and announces: “I have arranged for a doctor to arrive next week. Is there anything else the village needs?”
“Well,” says the mayor, “there is no cell service anywhere in this village.”
