That looks very peaceful RG, which I expect it’s not at times? My only knowledge of Cromerty is that it is an area that sounded remote on the radio shipping forecast when I was a lad. The stillness and colour of your image is very attractive - but I expect the low buildings, lighthouse and lookout tower(?) indicate it can get breezy.

Didn't the shipping forecast make everywhere sound remote?
. The Moray Firth is probably one of the more sheltered parts of Scotland's coastline, but it leads out to the North Sea. The square building is a coastguard station. Thanks for your comments.
