I think there is a picture here, but can't decide for sure. I shot this pier from every angle I could get to, and tried both Color and B&W. Given the overcast day, I think I have decided to go with B&W, but can't decide on which view to use. I have other exposures, but they are variations of these 3 angles. Soooooo, do any of these float your boat? Or do they all get the Delete button?

I like #2 but really like #3. I like the way the reflection makes it look continuous as if the pier is really tall. I don't know I just like it.

for me the third. More classical. beautifully sharp and worthy of being on the wall.

Third has my primary vote. Like them all though!

I like #3 the best, because of the reflections, the angle of the light, and the contrast.

#2 but could use more contrast as you have done in #3.

number 1 has the best reflection on the wwater. has strong visual lines as well. if only the sky wasn't so washed out.

I'd keep 2 and 3.
2 is fabulous ... but it needs a levels adjustment...tiny bit
3 is remarkable for showing how the same subject can look so different from the other side.

All are very good shots. I prefer #1 but still like the other two.

I like number 1. Number 2 is marred by the fence. The fence is also present in number 3, but much less intrusive. The reflections and the strong contrast make it a dramatic picture. Also, the first two give half the picture away. The third picture has that strong diagonal. Hands down, best of the bunch for me.
