We just watched a great documentary called Dragons & Damsels on Prime Video. Dragonflies predate dinosaurs and are fierce hunters. A must watch if you are interested in this fascinating creature.

That would be a Nikon setting on a Nikon VR-enabled lens. But, you should already be familiar with Canon's three IS mode options of the RF 100-500. Panning would be mode 2. Personally, I find modes 1 or 3 to be the most useful.
