Well, it does exist in nature, and that's been a problem all over this country.
Where is arsenic naturally found?
Inorganic arsenic compounds are found in soils, sediments, and groundwater. These compounds occur either naturally or as a result of mining, ore smelting, and industrial use of arsenic. Organic arsenic compounds are found mainly in fish and shellfish.Mining has left loads of arsenic exposed where once it was concealed.

I've worn socks with sandals. It's too bad that it gets no respect, since the combination is very comfortable.

Not by a scientific definition. But Urea is a 100% organic material and, at least when I worked, not certified as an fertilizer for organic farming (political pressure). Also, pretty hard/impossible to genetically modify something without genes.
There are organic compounds which do contain Arsenic, one was original cure for Syphilis. Finally turpentine would fill all the requirements (organic, natural, non-gmo, gluten free, carb. and fat free) and while I like the odor, I don't recommend drinking it
