Good to know. Thanks. But it makes me wonder why they would make such an obvious error or if itโ€™s intentional.

It IS intentional.
The two URLs are for different sites.
A real one and a fake one.

Itโ€™s interesting that a change in a single letter style would define a different url.

Yes. But they are different.
Especially to a computer.

My personal habit is to INITIATE transactions, and not to respond to unsolicited emails, phone calls, or door knocks. I do my research and avoid impulse buying. It is all too easy to make a snap decision when presented with a choice. I learned early in life that, "Act now!" often means, "Run away if you have half a brain! Only idiots need to respond!"

If you roll your cursor over the sender's email address, it will reveal the ACTUAL sender's address, which is also sometimes spoofed from a real address. Sometimes it's pretty funny... or disgusting. Last week I got one that was spoofed from "fu2@upbutt.com". Needless to say, it got sent to the trash immediately.

Agreed, but still good info regardless.

Mark them as SPAM - don't just send them to TRASH.
