Goose at Belfair State Park 11-17-2023

Interesting goose-all by itself! Stood there preening itself for at least one hour-no other geese in sight.

Not sure it is a Canada Goose.

They mate for life. Mate may have died or been killed but even without a mate, they are usually with a flock.
