Great work, Mike. I love to see landscaping so well maintained in neighborhoods like this. I understand the motivation to put solid colors on a street. In this case here, the developer figured if he catches a real fanatic over yellow, or red, he gives them a dose of their preferred choice that they'll never recover from. Common sales tactic, I see it all the time. Works like a charm.
