A really lovely mood in this fanciful acrylic-like creation. Can I ask what app or filter you used for the softness?

No filters and you can remove it if you like. I use it as my desktop photo.

So do I. As mentioned, not my photo but I use it as my desktop on all my computers.
I've also been trying to contact my friend who took the photo. We went on quite a few photo adventures together and she nearly always used an Iphone. The reason, I think, for the softness.
