Here is a panorama I stitched from 28 images using Photoshop. This is in northern New Hampshire on September 30, 2013 near the small town of Pittsburg. The stump in the lower left appears to be a flaw in the stitching, but that is the way it was.

I really love dewy greens since you can see easily how badly you messed your putt up - or how well you putted only to have the ball stop a half inch from the cup because of the dew 😜😜😜😜😜

You're correct; those dewy greens are a whole education by themselves (at least showing how the putts are rolling that morning).

The space is quite tight for just the one car. On many country roads there is simply no way a horse could get by a car with how tight the roads are between the hedgerows. There are pull in areas every now and then and in steep hill areas, the person coming down the hill has right of way. Basically, the rule is, if you don't know how to reverse, don't go forward, when you are at the bottom of one of these standard (read narrow) country lanes that go over mountains, which, where I'm from in Wales, is just about everywhere.

And also remember, back in the day, automatics were unheard of in the majority of the UK, so you had to know how to toe and clutch with the brake and throttle. Ahhh, the good old days. If you would like to see how narrow these roads are, just watch a few episodes of Doc Martin or an episode of Escape To The Country, on British TV.

I've seen many episodes of Doc Martin and enjoyed the scenery. The show brought back memories of my visits to UK. Thanks for the informative material regarding driving on those back roads, and the education of the rules of the road.

I'll be back later today to check the latest posts. It's supposed to be in the 70s today - the last "top down" opportunity likely of the season. So, got to make use of it. Have a girlfriend who wants to ride (she used to have a BMW convertible), so we will. Meanwhile, some more panos. Verticals...

Love the boat.

Thanks Pat, although most of my posts depict some form of collector cars or motorsports, I try not to be a "one trick pony"! I also love to shoot landscapes and other nature related scenes.

but I certainly do admire your car shots....

p.22 WOW - 28 panels! It is a wonderful image of New England Fall. I may have noticed the stump if you hadn't said anything and thought that it was meant to be there! This must be a very large pano.

p.22 Well, Irv - I never thought of Iowa as having hills. I sure was wrong - beautiful.
