OK, so I've forgotten, but not so proud that I won's ask a question...

When I print, which hasn't been often lately, I use an Epson Stylus Photo R1900 printer. In the past after cropping an image into an unusual size, I have been able to move the image to the "center" of the paper size I have selected to obtain even borders on the printed image. So, for example, if I used 11" x 17" paper and had a cropped image which would print as an 8" x 131/2" portrait image, I could set my printer to give me a 11/2" border on each side of the image and a 1 3/4" border top and bottom of the image. I don't remember how I moved the image to get the borders.

I print from Windows. Can you tell me how to "center" the image to get the larger borders on the print paper??

Please don't comment on the age of my printer nor the fact that I have white hair memory lapse...

What are you using to print?
An editor? Windows?

Is there a "Print Preview" option?

Some "print" functions have options to center, some don't.

I would highly recommend the Epson Print layout software, which is a free download from Epson. I use it almost exclusively for printing from an ET-8550. It can be used as a standalone or as a plugin. I use it from inside Photoshop. In there, you center your image here:
