Maybe not. The first image from my roof looking just south of the east, was a precursor of yesterday's 8/10 of an inch of rain for that day. The second image, tsken just at dawn today, was looking just east of North. It shows the back edge of yesterday's storm.
I hesitated about using the second image, because I do not want to give the impression that I'm taking advantage of the homeless. I could have shot from the other side of him. However, it does make a statement with the casual walkers passing by.
I can tell you that I checked; he was breathing while sleeping in a position I could not imagine as being comfortable.
WOW! What an incredible story this photo has to tell. The fragility/loneliness of the person on the bench gives the flurry of birds an ominous/sinister/"Hitchcock" feeling. The people causally walking their dogs, with even the dogs ignoring the frenetic whirl of black birds fluttering in haunting low light over the reclining figure, speaks volumes about folks who become "invisible" in today's world. The leading lines closing into an arrow-shape toward the far horizon creates a need for the viewer to come "back up" the left side of the photo to the dog walkers for a second view of the main subject. All these qualities are what makes this photo ART and not just another exercise using a camera. Thankfully, this photo gives a voice to the downtrodden who get lost in our world today. The sliver of pink light reminds viewers there is hope for all if we all work hopefully . Again....ART at its best! WOW!

Gorgeous shots - and I feel for that guy living, apparently, outdoors 😯😯😯😯
Your 2nd shot exposes a crisis in this country that should not exist. I have several like the one you shot. Some are stronger than yours.

Great captures. The fellow on the bench may be downtrodden, but that's an interesting umbrella.
Both are very good captures
