Hi, I am woefully unprepared for this challenge because I thought today was Monday all day until about an hour ago.
All excuses aside, let's see what everyone comes up with.
My original idea was musical instruments but I noticed the calendar says Music.
Musical instruments can be an actual instrument, home made instruments, people singing, or even a child laughing. At least to me, a child laughing or singing is the most wonderful music ever made.

Everyone is welcome on the daily challenge and all we ever ask is to see some photos and be kind. You should fit right in. We will be doing this every day for the remainder of the year and Annette will let us know in a few days if we will continue daily, weekly, or maybe two or three times a week. Just look near the end of the day for a link to the next day and if you can't find it just send someone a PM and ask for help.

Of course I played that piano..............It was after a rather nice luncheon......However Sher, I am glad that your question was not "Did you play that piano with any semblance of synchronized syncopation, recognizable rhythm, pleasurable plinkings, earpleasing exactitude or quadrophenial quaverings ?" for I would have had to answer "Why Yes! To my ears it was all of those"....... but remember I had just had a very nice luncheon.......

It was suggested that I post this early since the subject of the Daily Challenge into 2013 came up late last night so that those who participate have a chance to weigh in so here it is...Dear Hedgehogs,
Last night, the ‘Daily Challenge’ became a topic of discussion. With people going on vacation in the spring and family obligations many have suggested we revise the ‘Daily Challenge’ to be a ‘Weekly Challenge’ giving people time to really work on their challenge and compose some better quality photos. Some of the suggestions include having 2 challenges a week ie: Mon. thru Thurs. and then a weekend Fri. thru Sun. or a UHHHDC Ugly Hedgehog ‘Hump Day Challenge’ to run Wed thru Wed., was suggested keeping it to one challenge a week. It is important that since we all have become family that we all put in our 2 cents. I would really like to get this all wrapped up soon since a calendar of sorts will still need to be composed and putting people in place who have already volunteered to host all arranged. Our yearlong challenge is wrapping up and we should all be proud of what we have accomplished. Please weigh in, you are also welcome to PM me with any questions or comments. I don’t think people need to feel overwhelmed or obligated to comment on everyone’s photo. Sometimes it just can’t be done. I want to keep this a fun and safe and stress free place for everyone involved. So now it’s your turn to weigh in. My 2 cents is 2 a week… then it isn’t such a drastic change from daily to 1. What if we did (UHHHDC) Wednesday thru Saturday and Sunday to Tuesday? Talk to me!
