Reminds me of Belted Galloway cattle. I guess these are the sea version.

I thought the same thing when I saw this seal. There are several herds if Galloway cattle up in Loa, Utah. The locals call them Oreo cows!

Well, chocolate milk has to come from somewhere!!! I guess 2/3rds of their spigots are chocolate!!
