I think I was married to one of those once or a close relative. At first she was a princess then morphed into a toad. I threw her back into the pond for some other lucky guy.

Ah yes male/female dichotomy.
she wants a relationship so she has sex.
He wants sex so he agrees to the relationship.
She has a relationship and maybe a kid(s) doesn't need sex anymore.
He doesn't have sex anymore, so he turns from her relationship.
Nobody wins. BTW, no sex for a year = legal abandonment of marriage.
ACTually, i learned this from a (cow orkers) gay female couple. with gay female friends.
They were discussing "Bed "Death"- long term gay committed women would rarely have sex.
They'd do it in the beginning, well because! And it seems to be a compatibility type test.
After 6 to 8 months, crushes either went away, or turned towards love.
With a great calm co-dependent relationship, sex becomes superfluous.
My observation that women were romantic but men are hydraulic seemed to amuse them ...

That reminds me of a comment from the senior meeting yesterday. The president said that the speaker next month will be a man who runs a business moving large, unusual things. It's her son, actually. At the end, she said, "Well, I guess the men will enjoy it."
