On a recent visit to Denver, we took a day trip to Boulder, Colorado. As we got near the city, there was a scenic turnout, so I saw these sunflowers. Then we visited the mall in town. The streets were closed to traffic permanently, offering a safe walking environment for the shopping and dining.

Nice set. I lived in Boulder for a while in the 80s. At that time pedestrians had (or acted as if they had) right of way nearly everywhere. Bicyclists too. Lovely country too.
