It looks as if you gave up no photo quality at all. Good shots.

I have it's predecessor the ZS100 with a shorter range of 28-250mm. It's a very capable camera that has produced many excellent shots for me. You have made a good choice.

Looks like you made a good choice. Very nice photos, too. Have fun on your time in the park, and let us know how the ZS-200 worked for you.

I am planning an October trip to Grayson Highlands State Park in Virginia. The park contains 4502 acres, is near Virginia’s two highest mountains, and has wild ponies.

I just bought a Panasonic ZS200. It has a 1 inch sensor and 24-360mm equivalent lens, will fit in a large pocket or small belt case, and shoots raw, with an optical viewfinder.

These are the first photos I took yesterday at Vines Park in Georgia. I wanted to prioritize hiking comfort and convenience over photo quality. I want to be able to capture wildlife at some distance.

I am still learning how to best use the settings.

We live about an hour from the park. It's pretty country. They have an overlook there. Be sure and look for it when you get there.
