Windows keeps trying to coerce me to "upgrade" to Windows 11. My new laptop has 11, my old one has 10. "Photos" in 10 has "Clarity", "Red-Eye Fix", and "Spot Fix", which I often use. They have been REMOVED in Windows 11 Photos! I don't consider this an "Upgrade", so I always refuse Windows 11. Also, the older "Microsoft Picture Manager" included "Resize", which I used a lot to reduce my pixel count when files were too large. "Photos", which replaced MPM, does not have "Resize"! Seems like every recent upgrade has eroded their ability to manage photos!

Well that's a bummer! I also use those features in "Photos" fairly often. Just changed my mind about buying a Windows 11 computer. Thanks.
