I just tried to enter an order for a Nikon lens at MPB , the first in a couple of months. I found that they have changed their website radically. When I tried to enter the final payment, there was no response fom the designated payment box. Then when I triied to send them an e-mail asking for help, I found that they have made no provision for a customer initiating an e-mail to them for assistance. Has anyone been able to contact them via e-mail?

I have not needed anything from them but I have bought from them before and they are a reputable company and in my case with excellent customer service.

And they do answer the phone. You can google their number.
That sounds like a spoof site.
I received an E-mail from them yesterday regarding a quote on a lens. No problem.

It's NOT! I have done business with them with NO problems! They are a Brit company with a store in the U.S.

Hi Trapper1,
I just brought a Z lens from them with no problems at all. The lens was in great condition.

Let me clarify my post. It was not, and is not, a complaint about MPB in any sense of the word. I have used them a number of times with stellar service on their part and it is my first choice when looking to buy Nikon equipment. Having said that, if one re-reads my post, they will see that I was simply asking if anyone had sent an e-mail to MPB since the latest revision of their website. As an update to my original post, if anyone has successfully sent them an e-mail in the last few days, please let me know what e-mail address you used for them.

It’s been 3 weeks, but this was their email address at the time: contactus@mpb.com
Btw, I’ve bought and sold to MPB, always with great results.
I have bought and sold with them and have never had any problems. I plan on using them again.
When you pay any internet vendor with a credit card, and you cannot complete the transaction, the reason might be that you forgot to fill out a field properly. Most of the times you are alerted to the field needing to be fixed, but not always.
You might want to double check all fields entered to make sure they are filled out correctly.

Not exactly. They phoned me to confirm some peculiar aspects of my order. I missed their call and so I called them right back using the number displayed as a missed call. Its a Brooklyn number: 929 499 9557.
You mentioned the site got hung up when you attempted to pay. I experienced a verrrry long delay, but I just waited it out. I suppose that was related to whatever resulted in the phone call many hours later.
Hmmmmm...sounds like the problem(s) of yesteryear are popping up. I tried emailing them, using the contact info on their web site, and it went to Great Britain. They were a bit huffy about not contacting their U.S. office. Another time, I returned a lens, and they refunded my money in a timely manner, but about 2 months later, I got an email requesting my bank's information so they could send me a second refund. I called, and spoke with a fellow who got things straightened out. At least, they have not offered me any more refunds.

When problems like that pop up it’s always worth trying a different browser. Maybe two different browsers. Sometimes a site will work well with one browser and not another.
I have bought a Nikon D850 and 2 Tokina lens from them in the last 3 months. Very quick shipping, good prices.
