Thanks Mel, but this was the beginning of the trip. This visit ended our time to Florence. From here we visited Carrara, Cinque Terra, Lucca and Siena. We then went to Sicily for another 12 days so many more posts to come.

Thanks so much Dennis. I think you can’t go wrong no matter which winery you choose. I’m feverishly processing. Carrara is next with a visit to the marble quarries at the top of the mountain.
