I’m not seeing the point. When you subscribe to any topic section, that section and all the newest posts from it will appear for you in Newest Topics. You wont miss anything as all the things that interest you will be updated not only daily but also in real time as they are being posted.
Change can be hard to accept but it’s not impossible.
As for trying to get a vote up, well the administrator’s decision is final. His server, his choice.

In one of the other six active topics on this hot-button, radical change, BebuLamar suggested that a large number of digest readers don't actually participate on UHH. I had already confirmed that most of the complainers in these seven active topics have hardly ever commented, let alone created a new topic.

We "newest topics" users are obviously the superior race of Hogs

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

Today the Admin announced a major change to the digest. I, for one, don't like it.

Perhaps other feel the same and would like to have a say.

Unfortunately, wanting to have a "say" and having a "say" are widely separated.

Most of the complainers in the seven active threads on this topic have barely made a sound during their entire "membership." What is their "say" worth?

I didn't say 100% of the commentators, Ed, even if you are among the "wrong" 🥰 😇 🤣

OK, I've had enough. I hereby quit paying my dues. It's been fun.

You've commented on UHH a mere 97 times in five years. Does Admin find value in your opinion?

Does over 31,000 comments count for anything Linda?

Well, of course Don. However, my opinion has no sway with Admin, despite my own 93,000 comments. Sounds like the decision is about money, and why shouldn't it be? This is a business for the owner, and last I knew, we are not charged a fee for its use.
