Question about a Sony RX10 IV setting

Hello,
I have a Sony RX10 IV. Every time I turn it on
it asks for the Language (I click English)
and Date / Time (I click cancel)
In the MENU for language I already have "English",
so I don't understand why this is recurring.
Is there a way I can eliminate this step?

I have an RX10. Seems to me you need to go all the way through the setup process. So not click cancel at the time prompt. Go through the entire setup process and save. My opinion here.

I have the RX100VII and it’s set up about the same way as the RX10IV, so that seems about right.

I also have this camera and in reviewing both the Sony manual and Alexander White's book they emphasize that you should push the center button on the control wheel to save after setting your info.

If you have set it up once and it keeps doing it then it may be due to having no battery inside for a longish time or the factory installed battery for maintaining settings may be failing. My solution for this issue on both my Sony's is to keep a battery in it but periodically to charge it because they slowly drain the battery. My other cameras don't do that.
