Really like the Jag E Types.

Many think that series of Jaguars were possibly "the most beautiful cars ever designed". I am one of them. Who could disagree with that?
Ours is not on the road yet and will not look this nice
Ah! A rich college boy's car. Certainly a babe magnet but what was it they used to say about the XKE? "The second seat's for the mechanic you'll need to keep it running."
Nice shots of a classic. The Brits did like that tail heavy body styling. The imbalance isn’t so bad on the convertibles when the top is down.

My-oh-my, what a beauty! You definitely visit nice shows! Thanks for sharing….
I bought our used 1970 xke that was originally purchased in New York in late spring 1975 and my wife and I promptly took it on a 1 month camping trip from Stuttgart to Rome and many places in between. We parked in Rome and Pompeii and never had overheating issues. We put 5000 miles on it before we shipped it home. I drove from from Fort Dix to Fort Wayne, Indiana at 55 mph due to stupid laws after driving it a few weeks before for 2 hours at 105 to 110 mph on the autobahn. It was my daily driver from summer 1975 until 1980 when we got our third car. I have had few issues. It was more reliable than the 1980 Fiat 131 and the dodge full size van we have owned.
It’s a beauty. Didn’t know it’s trunk opened that way
Stan what is your favorite sports car.
It said that an old man named Enzo from Modena said " The Jaguar E-type is the most beautiful car in the world" I think he said that in 1964. I am not sure if he meant the OTS (Open Two seater) or 2 seat coupe or the 2+2 coupe. I think the coupe has better aerodynamics
It is a fun car to drive as long as you are not over 6' and very heavy

I’ve always been partial to the Italian sports car designs. I especially like Lancia and, yes, Fiat’s designs. If my pockets were deep I would be driving a fully restored Fiat 124 Spider today. I owned a Fiat 124 coupe in the mid-70s and loved its ride and handling. I’m not a large person so I fit comfortably into those interiors. As always though, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
