KT, I had my eye on one of these fifty years ago It was either that or a TR6 My friend had an MGB-GT, and it was the most fun car ever. I eventually ended up with a '76 TR7 and a 78 as well. Both cost me $$$$$ for insurance and recurring repairs. Two great handling cars that always had something breaking, which is probably why British Leyland went broke and closed A very moving shot for me

It's a timeless classic then and now. The simple clean lines still look better than most of today's expensive sports cars. By the look of the position of the seat, it looks like a 2 + 2, more common on the 100-6 series than the 3000 series. This is the last year they were made. Couldn't meet the US emissions standards and this was their biggest market. Sigh....
