Its been awhile since I've posted anything but while viewing my archives last night I found what I think are worthy ones. I have visited arches NP 4 times in the past, most recently 2008. On my 2005 visit I was using a Nikon D70 with only 6 megapixels, new at the time. I like including people in my scenic if it works as I feel it adds interest and scale. Here a a few of balancing rock that I think tell a story. 1 approaching the Rock 2. Beginning the climb 3. Time for a Rest 4. As high as we go. 5 Late dusk in silhouette- last view before leaving 6. Same view with a Luminar starry sky added. I have plenty more from that and other trips and I may add more later.

Spectacular - and great shot framing the moon
🏆🏆🥇🏆🏆

The moon was actually in that spot. I just made it about 10 times larger, that's why its not that sharp.

Excellent series! Especially like your last two images. The moon shot between the rock(s) is exceptional.

Beautiful set. People like that used to scare me when I worked for the NPS. Rescue/fall just waiting for one misstep.
