CJ, how big? Are you planning on carrying the pack all day? Or are you just using it to get your gear there? Will you be on public transport, on foot or car rental?
With a little better info, you should get dozens of suggestion.
Also, do a search for recent posts on camera packs.

Carrying around most of the day- Public transportation. Have 7d with 4 to 5 lenses- and the array of accessories, I have a lowpro
305 now but need a little bigger. I have read many reviews, but looking for a recommendation from some H/H users. I know its kind of like which is better Canon or Nikon....

Try the Lowepro Pro Rollers. They come in three sizes, and can be carried on a jet. They also zip out of the frame and becomes a backpack. Pretty convenient for carrying all of your photo needs. Gary http://products.lowepro.com/product/Pro-Roller%20x300,2164.htm
