Remove Tool

I have used the Remove Tool in PS Beta, but I'd like to use it in Photoshop. I saw a video where they were using it in Photoshop and I tried to find it in the Edit, Toolbar as was suggested but I couldn't find it there. I'm running PS 24.0 and Creative Cloud says I'm up to date, but someone said they can get it in PS 24.4.

Does anyone know how I can get it in PS without using Beta?

No, it's in the Beta app. Usually, a major upgrade is in October.

I just went into Creative Cloud and was able to download PS 24.7 and it does include the Remove Tool. However, it isn't working the way it is in Beta. Sometimes it will and sometimes it won't show the pink overlay that you use to choose the area you want to remove, so I don't know where to go from here. I guess go back to Beta until things get straightened out; if they do.

The tool is working well for me in the standard Photoshop on a Windows 11 machine.

It is found in the Beta version and now in PS 24.7 and is under the "J" key shortcut along with the Healing Brush, Patch tool, etc.

I have it in the most recent version of PS along with the new and improved Gradient tool and it works fine for me. In the tool bar the tool can be imbedded in a group of tools. If you see a small arow in the lower right corner of the icon, then there are more tools there. Just right click on the tool and the remaining tools will appear for you to select. If it is not in your tool bar you can go into the tool bar edit by just right clicking on the three dots at the bottom of the tool bar and select the edit tool bar option. The items on the left are the tools that are available in the tool bar. The ones on the right are not. If the tool is on the right just drag it to the place in the tool bar where you want it to appear. Select done when you complete the tool bar edit.
