Unnecessary - just like complaints and lame excuses on zombie threads

For those of use deviate from perfection it would be helpful. I quickly glance at some posts, try to contribute and then move on. A better moderated site, in general, would increase my enjoyment. Threads hijacked, off topic nonsense, arguments, insulting snark.. All unnecessary.

I agree that there is a lot of chaff on the site, but some threads start out fine and have useful information. Wouldn't want to mark them as useless. And some sections get so much use that moderation would be difficult for one person. But yes, a way to indicate some problems might be found with some invention. (Add words to the original date: 'Hijacked', 'Arguments', 'Off Topic')? Shouldn't castigate a whole thread for one bad post. And leaving the 'Nonsense' description to one moderator might generate some additional chaff.

I've wondered myself, but then I went back to inspecting the lint coming out of my belly button.

So, Paul Is your lint multi colored or just your standard fuzzy gray?

Contact an attorney for the correct answer - one that will hold up in court.

A photographer has to ask for permission (property release) to use such a photograph commercially. However, if the image is for personal or editorial use, it usually does not require permission. Including such an image in a book about houses maybe not. Featuring that image on the cover of a book about similar houses requires a release.

But I am not a lawyer. Just a retired photographer.

No judgement either way, but what is the probability of this becoming an issue...not very likely.

Once you include the phrase ‘then sells it’, you should be able to afford a lawyer; otherwise, don’t bother.

Might be regional. I drive, on a public road, by a prison on occasion, and there is a nice black and white road sign saying photography is illegal. In France, we were told we can't photograph minors. Most places, if you can see it from public property you can photograph it, but don't trust my legal opinion unless I'm on the jury.
