For $300 or so I got this mini PC, 7 inch touch-screen, Windows 11 with 12 Gigabytes of RAM and 1 Terabyte of SSD drive. 2xUSB 3.0, an SD card reader, also a micro SD card reader all on the mini PC!
I had to buy a second one because my son stole it from me!!!

Seems like it would be a better solution than cobbling usb drives and hubs. You can actually see if the backup worked.
