Over a year and a stay in hospital, then rehab. Computer disaster then repair. Restructuring a studio to die for and some more nonsense with medical that comes with being mid point of 73 years. Details later. My love Ms. VADA has saved my bacon numerous times in this return, so here once again my mid 40ish great friend came over and had lunch, played with Ms. Mom Kitty (who begged most of her chicken, The Chicken Cat).
The first frame from todays studio shoot. San Antonio Texas is still too hot to work outdoors, but soon Fall will arrive and we will be back in the garden (which by the by is doing great, the kitties are delighted with it!).
I sure hope all this medical stuff is behind you and you're feeling better. I am glad to see you and your favorite sidekick having fun again.
Welcome back. Thanks for the wonderful post.
Happy that your health problems are hopefully resolved; and this one is, I believe, one of your better offerings.
It takes a brave man to grow old and watch is self be ravaged by termites. You are lucky to have a great model to elevate your mood and reason to survive.
+1 Welcome back!
The place desperately needs stirring up...
Great picture as always and great to have you back.

Welcome back to you and Ms. Vada!
Always good to see your work and to get things stirring!
Good to see you are back and hope the medical problems are over. Wait to you hit 75, not fun.
Don
Less than two years away to hit 75.
Big thing is the venous insufficiency, but the vein surgeon discovered a new thing about the lower right leg, it opened up my main vein after several year closed! So they will close that back up and make my right leg better (less to no wounds). The left leg has now gotten back to a 'normal' state, which is great news. Things is to listen to the advice but to use onres brain and become responsible for one's own health, that is the real solution to being old and not infirmed!
Thanks for the positive input from all. and now as the sin sets on a Monday, a second image from yester days session. As we head for Fall I
m looking at more garden fun, but for now it is inside for the studio (yesterday was 105F in San Antonio, way to hop for both of us).
This image needs a small amount of sharping and a minor color adjustment (I save the master work file, so I will go back in and adjust these parts). But the basic image is there. From the session there are perhaps three images worth the post processing, this is one of the images. There is a lot of clone stamping as Ms. VADA does love the sun and swimming. This summer she has been out of the US about two mounts traveling and doing humanitarian work in the Caribiana. Need less to say, lots of sun and bathing suit marks! LOL!!!
But, don't miss that colored kitty tat! That is Fatts, her favorite feline this far. Oh yes, VADA is a cat lady, and they just love her to death. While I was in Hospital she visited Bubbles and she took Mom Kitty to her Soster Sarah the vet to save the kitty from an abbess on Mom's leg. Then kept Mom Kitty at her house for five weeks while she recovered. Imagin being a kitty and having the attendance daily by two medical professionals! Lucky kitty.
