For sale:
Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR Telephoto lens. This lens is in excellent condition with no scratches or fungus. Purchased new at my local camera shop in Sarasota, FL. It includes the front and rear lens caps, Nikon CL-M5 lens case, Nikon HB-84 lens hood, and the original packing. Insured shipping included in the price. Now asking $1895.00 (Does not include the B+W Filter shown in the picture)
I will take PayPal Family & Friends, Zelle, or check (which must clear before I ship). I have bought and sold a few items on UHH and I have a 100% positive on eBay with 244 transactions. Thanks for looking and I hope to do business with you.

How I wish I had the money for this, but on Sept 6th I'm having surgery on my spine and the Hospital estimate is just a little over $50,000. Thank God for health insurance. I think all the Doctor's fees will put me in the poor house for awhile though. Good luck on your sale.

Although it is an F-mount lens, the 500 PF works superbly on Z bodies as well with the FTZ adapter. Nikon has no Z-mount equivalent at 500mm. This is a great lens.

Not sure we ever will in Z mount. I think the 400 f2.8 w/teleconverter fills that need. Personally I’d like to see a 300 2.8 Z lens.

A great lens, but 7x the price and 2x the weight of my 500mm PF lens. By the way, I'm on board with your desire for a 300mm Z lens. My 300mm PF is one of my favorite lens.

To most people "arguably a little better" might not be worth an extra $12,000. I reiterate that the 500 PF is a great lens and that this offered price is very attractive.

Yea, my 300pf is one of my favorite lenses too. I mostly use it on my D500 but have been using it on the Z8 to good effect as well. I’m just not in favor of all the joints: body, FTZ, 1.4 converter, lens on the Z8.
