Image created by Goldbeck of San Antonio, Texas. The most successful photographer in business in the world. His Great Grandson is running the company using the Kodak No. 10 Circut panoramic cameras from 1910, and using film, still in business. If you want a copy of this or another images you can contact the company in San Antonio, Texas, and they will sell you a copy. You can find them on the internet and they take all major credit cards, or checks. A few images have been retired, like the New York Giants peent image with Babr Ruth.

This is an 8X10 image made by old man Goldbeck from a lot a tower he built to make the image. You can learn more from the book published about his life as a photographer, and it is a great read.

There is reason to believe that not only did he know about the flu circulating in an army camp (Kansas?) but he allowed soldiers to carry the disease to Europe where it spread killing 10 million? 20 million? People.
He even refused to let papers publish info about how bad it was when it spread both times in the U.S,
If true, it ranks him right up there with the other big murderers of the 20th century- Mao, Stalin, Hitler.
In fact, if we hadn’t joined in in the First World War, Germany still probably would have lost, but there wouldnt have been unconditional surrender, with the horrendous payback that ruined Germany and allowed Hitler to come to power. So, in a real sense, because Wilson didn’t keep his word about keeping America out of war, he is also at least partially responsible for WW II.
If he wasn’t the worst President, (and the worst human) he’s right up there.
Or, we can blame the whole thing on Teddy Roosevelt, who ran a third party candidacy in 1912, which allowed Wilson to become President.

It was called the Spanish Flu because only Spain publicized it.

Let's face it. The world is a mess, and humans are to blame.

You are so right. But there are some people that are righteous, like the Carters.
