Same here. Outstanding place.
I've purchased several cameras and lenses from MPB. They have treated me right. I bought the wrong camera and they swapped it for a minimal fee. They didn't send batteries, charger and cord that one camera was supposed to come with and overnighted it when I let them know. I have no complaints so far.
Never heard anything bad about them

My favorite camera store is B&H. They have a buy back program that is fair and reliable. Twice they increased the offer when they recieved it for inspection.
Thank you. Very gratifying.
I've used MPB for the past 3-4 years, never an issue. I have found they typically offer a few more $$ for products then B&H or Adorama. The other buy back company to check out is KEH. Finally there is Roberts cameras, All are reputable.

Excellent and fair company to deal with. I've bought from them and traded with them. Great customer service.

I sold three Nikon FX bodies and ten FX lens and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Compare prices with KEH also.

I've purchased and sold to them. Excellent experience each time. Planning to buy RF 14-35 from them.

and also Robert’s - but when I was getting rid of cameras I had no further use for, Robert’s gave me money for small Canon Elphs I thought were worthless, while I had to go to KEH to get any kind of offer on my film Canon. Make sure you keep the battery and charger - Robert’s gave me significantly less when neither was in the box.

Ditto. When I've compared offers from several firms MPB has without exception been the highest.

And sometimes, upon inspection, they raised the quote.
