Real Nikon Lover Loc: Simi Valley, CA

A quick trip to Bodie Ghost Town on the California/Nevada border provided an opportunity to capture some black and white photos. It is a great place to visit but wouldn't spend the night there. Extreme weather and very desolate with no provisions available locally. It is a California State Park. You can read more on Bodie by searching Wikipedia.

The photos were all taken with a Nikon Z9, FTZII adaptor with AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR lens.

Nice photo! Years ago I remember the state had to put up fences around the buildings because of range cattle rubbing against the buildings and knocking them down.
