It was a nice smell in the air while they were smoking, hickory and pork. After they got done and I pulled them apart and added some of my Carolina vinegar bar b que sauce it was some good eating on a bun with coleslaw. Thank you for your comment.
Great photo of some good food! That should last you for awhile!
It should last a long time but when you start giving family and friends some it doesn't take long for it to get gone. Then its time to smoke some more. Thanks for your comment.
