Yes, people live there, but are moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, so it's up for sale. The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) frowns upon having people in listing photos. That works great for me b/c i've always been uncomfortable shooting people . . . which is why I photograph houses ; ) They don't move (although flags, trees, and bushes, in the wind, can be a real challenge) and they don't talk back!

Thanks for the answer. I figured from your comment, and the work you put into the pictures, that it was for sales. A shame, the location would make for fabulous historical looking pictures.
Historical accuracy has never been of interest to me - just the look.
My Aunt's house was in a farm community. She was a pillar of the community. I was too young to own a camera.
