I almost like the second one, but it's just so grim with that background. Or are you making a statement about death to flowers?

This represents failure. My settings were all messed up last night when I went out to shoot the Geminids. Tonight was overcast, so I took a shot to test my settings. Much better, and utterly useless. I guess you could call this my revenge for my failure. Either that, or it's the invasion of the Triffids.

Here's to the next failure

Pam..I like your two images...the second one is especiall nice to my eyes. I like the spherical and erratic swirl effect on #2.

Simon.." Blocking it out " is a very nice edit..the blocks are so distinct and the colors are great.

Swede.. I like the b&w on #1...b&w take me back to my childhood days when TV and photos were all that way. My mom left me a photo album that has mostly b&w snaps...I love to get it out and reminisce. #2 & 3 are very nice and colorful. #3 is real cool with the b&w foreground and the color background...very nice edit and effect.

RMM.. You have a real nice effect in this "failure" image. Every so often something good does result from failure. :-D
P.124 br br Pam..I like your two images...the sec... (show quote)

Thank you Andrew
