Nice capture of the glint in the eye. If you have masking capability (i.e., latest Lightroom Classic), I would try to lighten up the shadows on the bird. You could also see if the highlight on the feeder could be reduced a bit. For composition, I would reframe the shot so that the bird is slightly to the left side and not smack dab in the middle of the frame.
