I have been in food and beverage for 40 years. I do respect all my guest with food allergies, but more respect for my wife, she doesn't have allergies but a lot of intolerance. So she wants some lambs.
The only proteins on her diet is chicken, shrimp and some fish.
So I looked at her lamb really? Only one answer yes like a Disney cast. Never never say NO.
Here is lunch today Lamb only salt and pepper her famous mashed potatoes with olives and artichokes, salt and pepper.
She is very happy🙏🏽
