I use Photo AI as a plug in for Elements 2022. It worked just fine until about a week or so ago. Now, Autopilot will not remove noise automatically. After I activate the plug-in, it scans the photo, then it starts its magic. The Denoise function turns on briefly, then turns off, no matter how noisy the photo is. I need to manually change the position of the slider before it will remove noise.
How can I get Autopilot to return to full automatic?

Have you tried reinstalling it or updating it? Was Elements just updated? Sometimes when Adobe products update there are changes.

Thanks. I did not update Elements, but I did update Topaz. Started misbehaving before the update.

You might also check the specifications for your computer to run Topaz. If it is an older computer it won't work as well with some of the Topaz & other filters.

Thank you. The computer is fine, and there was no problem until a few days ago. Nothing had changed.
