My wife is going through chemo right now. Doctors, chemo staff are serious about drinking at least 2 to 3 quarts of water a day. You need to get the toxic chemo chemicals out of your body asap. The last thing you want is liver damage. Your doctor gave you a handout describing chemo. You may be receiving a different type of chemo than my wife. Read it and follow it.
