Same setup at B&H is the same price new.... It's used bro.... You have to start much lower if in fact you want to sell it.

Yes, it was bought from Professional Audio & Video Systems here in Miami, FL about 4 months ago and of course has an American warranty and registration. All receipts / invoices available.
