Nurse I used to work with.
I was going thru some old photos I had taken during my time in the Army in 1968. I was a draftee stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC at the time. Very busy because of the Viet Nam war. I met a real nice nurse there but but because of Army regulations I couldn't ask her out on a date. I was an Sp4 & she was an officer. A lieutenant or a Captain if I remember right. Don't know if she would have gone out with me anyway. I would like to get in touch with her for old time sake. It's hard when you don't remember some ones name. Heck. It's only been 54 years. Any one know her please ask her if she would like me to meet again for old time sake. After all it's only been 55 years since I've seen her. Don't know if she's alive or dead. I guess it would take a miracle to find her. Thank you for any help you cn give me.
Walter Reed must have records of past employees, maybe start there with as exact descriptions of dates (the calendar kind! : ), responsibilities, which floor, types of care, others whose names you might remember, her rank. Let us know how it goes. Good luck!

I thought I did. I'll try again tonight when I get on my computer.
These are the photos I forgot to upload of the nurse I would have loved to date but was against Army regulations for a non-commissioned officer to date an officer. It's been so long now but I would love being in touch with her again. She was so so pretty. Just part of my rotten luck I've had for76 years. Hope to hear from someone. Hope to hear from someone before GOD takes me to heven.
Here's hoping you are able to meet up again. I have no idea how you'd do that, however.
Very best of luck to you.
Don’t feel so bad. When I was in High School there was a girl who was very pretty. I was a shy kid and was afraid to ask her out. Now, it’s years later she may have gotten married. I don’t know where she is. But I guess I will wait to go to our reunion.
Since she was a nurse, the board of nursing may have a list of names online by now. In any case you can always go back to Walter Reed and see if anything pops up.
I do hope you meet up with her.
Some digital clean up work on the photo might reveal her name. Way beyond my capabilities.
Good luck - I hope you find her!
Looks like she was a Capitan, per the bars on her coller.
Take a close-up shot of her name tag and post. Someone on here could clean up and get the name for you.

An AI program like Topaz may be able to handle that chore.
I can relate to having someone in high school I wanted to get to know better but I was too shy to ask her. She was not only pretty but always wore clothes that showed of her great figure. Barbera Bowers/ Banning High School class of 65.
You are pretty lucky cause if it wasn't for your rotten luck, you wouldn't have any luck at all.hopefully your luck will change.i will let you in on a little story.i once had a service order to install a new line at a business and my co-worker Andy saw my order and told me that the receptionist Amy was gorgeous and could I please tell her hi for him.he had been there yesterday.when I arrived and spoke to the receptionist Amy I asked her where the equipment room was at so I could bring in the new line I was there to install.she gave the equipment room key and pointed down that hallway.i told her Andy had asked me to tell her hi.she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face.i told her It was the repairman that fixed one of their lines yesterday. She told me,"Oh that guy." and yes on a scale of one to 10 she was a 12.good luck.i hope you find her and that she is no where close to Amy as far as personality.
