How does someone find me?

A strange question, but I have been asked to show someone my photos on UHH. What would a link to do that be?

Click on the My Topics button at the top of the page. Find the photo you posted and open that in your browser. Upper right corner there will be a highlighted # symbol. Click on that. Copy the URL that opens with that photograph. Sending that will allow the person to see that post.
For this example, I chose a recent post I made last December. The link I would send for that post is:
https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-761448-1.html

A better approach would be to visit your own profile via the URL link that is accessed by clicking your user name in UHH. From there, you can generate a list of all your topics created. Anyone opening items in the Photo Gallery will note your image contributions. It's not completely intuitive to give a link to your topics to a non UHH member / user. Consider who is requesting this information and whether / if UHH is the best vehicle to respond.

Unfortunately, there is no way to browse thumbnails. Viewers would have to click open topics in your history, having only the titles as guide.

Don't want to diss UHH but it's not really set up as a photo sharing site like flickr or facebook. You don't have a gallery of your own photos. As mentioned above it's fairly easy to get a link to a post that contains one of your photos, but there is no link that shows them all.*
Now photo conversation, information, exchange of ideas, tutorials, questions, things like that are where UHH shines.
* It would be possible to make a gallery, but it would be a lot of work. The easiest way I can think of would be to copy a link of every photo you have posted to UHH onto a user page.

It's the way we'd send any link to anyone. I just tried that and it worked for me, at least.

That works, but the second step is the problem. It assumes that the image you want to display is in one of YOUR topics (step one). If you did not start the thread your first step has to be to go to my messages. Currently I have 72 topics I started, so that's not too bad. But not all my images are in a topic I started. Some are in a message I posted on someone else's topic. There are more than 11,000 of those right now. I'm not likely to spend the time looking for an image I posted during my early days on UHH.

This doesn’t help for past postings, but for future ones you can upload to Flickr and then link to the photo in a post here. The image shows up on your UHH post.
When someone wants to see just your photos, point them to the Flickr account. Or when they click or tap on your photo it takes them to your stream on Flickr and they can browse from there.
