So glad for those who restore to original condition like this, and photographers like you who do such a great job of preserving the images for all to appreciate. A beautiful car, great location and photos, thank you, car owner & photographer!
My favorite car of all time. Grew up on a farm with one like this in canary yellow. Great pics!
My best friend in high school had a '46 like this in red. We had so much fun in that thing.

How I would love to get an opportunity to photograph something like this gorgeous classic in a setting like this. Car shows may be the worst place there is to get good depictions of these great cars, but unfortunately it is all that is available to most of us.
Great job on these. Well done.
Thanks to all for commenting. The Lord really blessed me that day! I had just finished shooting cars at one of the best shows in Michigan, with many cars there from the Gilmore Museum. You'll see those in my future posts.
Then I got to see this one on my way home. What a day!
I'm a hardcore car guy and I didn't know that Chevy made such a deluxe model at that time. 1941 was the last year for American car manufacturers until the WW 11 ended. Great shots on this one.

I was driving along on an absolutely beautiful day when I saw a guy pulling this out of his garage. I had to stop, turned around and pulled into his drive. I asked him if I could take a few photos and he graciously agreed. It just happened to be a stunning location to boot.
One of my best shoots ever.
Amazingly stylish in your gorgeous shots

My first car was a 41 Chevy. Brother Tom and put up $15 bucks each and bought it when I was 15 in the summer of 1958. No second gear and we had to put a new left front fender on it. Made the money by each having two paper routes. The ew fender was green and the rest of the car was tan. Had a sun visor and a radio and a heater. Boy we really thought we were something. Next car was a 50 Mercury coupe. A black one. And then 55 Olds two door hard top. Life was good to a couple of guys born in 1941 and 1943 in Texas. And still is. Thanks for sparking the memories.
Beautiful car and great images!

I've enjoyed many of your Auto Shots and agree this is one of the best. I do like how well your others turn out despite the public and especially the bright light challenges. But this one has a great setting to complement the car. Well done and I look forward to many more of your gems..
How serendipitous! Beautifully shot.
