are there less sales in pc'a today?

I notice stores have little inventory of pc's. Like Best Buy, Frys(out of business) Costco, etc.
I use to see rows of various pc's at these stores.
I had buy direct from HP to get what I want.

So many makes & models they have to be selective.
They probably figured that out of "20" models, 10 sold the most.
So they display those 10.
They will display what is most popular.

The PC display at my Bestbuy has not noticeably shrunk. But twenty miles northward it has. Same with the photo displays. Seems like a very localized market adjustment.

Read somewhere that BestBuy may consolidate more stores. I know the one by me has no camera's just the GoPros and DJI Drones.
