Thank you for your kind comments. It was all done by small selections and cloning. For the hand I selected, for instance, one or two fingers at a time and cloned parts of the sleeve to delete them. I did this over and over till all the hand was gone and finished with a littlen healing brush where needed. I used the polygon lasso for the selections but what ever works for you I guess.
