There used to be "No Sugar Added" yogurt, but no more. I am diabetic- Ralph's doesn't have any peanut butter brand without some kind of sugar in the first three ingredients.

I gave up on eating cereal for breakfast years ago: I realized that my stomach was empty and complaining about it several hours later, while some eggs would keep me going until lunch.
BTW, "breakfast foods" are just a custom to which we are accustomed. 😁 I don't believe that our bodies care if we eat eggs and toast or roast beef and potatoes for breakfast.

No difference in quality, but one's personal taste among various "brand" products dictates which store brands I buy. I prefer Kelloggs cereals over Post, for example, so if Kellog is producing the store brand I would prefer it's taste over a Post store brand. I have liked some Great Value products and disliked others. Same with Kirkland.
