Wonderful set, Rowedean! Although you present the church beautifully, I would put your last shot on the wall.
Thanks, Mike. Yes, I couldn't resist posting that last shot. It was such a wonderful day for clouds. As a photographer once told me find beautiful clouds and put something in front of them.

One the way back from Taos - drove through San Lius, Colorado, oldest town in Colorado. Been through many times - but this time - stopped to shoot the church.
Perched high atop a mesa in the center of town, rests the beautiful Shrine of the Stations of the Cross. Prominently placed for all to see, this Spanish-Moorish style adobe church was built as an act of love for the people of the area. It was built to be a place of prayer and worship for all those who seek consolation and peace in their life. You can walk up the trail or there is a road to the church. My photo partner and I chose to drive with camera equipment. The trail is 1/2 mile long and 2500 ft elevation rise.
Not great light, clouds and we were still dealing with smoke from the Canadian fires.
